Own Your ONE Thing

How to Turn On Your Laser Eyes

"The successful warrior is the average man,
with laser-like focus."
— Bruce Lee

Laser eyes are a big internet meme. There’s even a simple website that allows you to quickly make your own laser eye photos.

It’s fun to give various friends and celebrities those laser eyes of intensity, but how to apply laser-like focus and intensity to your own set of eyes?

1). Eyes Follow the Action
You can’t generate intensity simply sitting still and staring at the wall. Commit to action and activate those laser eyes in one combined motion. Just like a motion sensor snaps on the light when you enter a room, as soon as you dive into action, turn on those laser eyes.

2). Don’t Wander
Laser eyes concentrate their attention and point of focus on a very small area of vision. Don’t try walking down the street and randomly pointing your laser eyes up into the sky. Use those laser eyes for very specific work related to your ONE Thing.

3). Dial Up Intensity As Needed
Calibrate you the intensity of your laser eyes to the task at hand. Don’t apply a full megatron blast of laser eyes when you are washing the dishes. You will melt the sink. Save the high voltage laser eyes for truly important work.

4). Stick With It
Laser eyes are about cutting through and finishing whatever it is you are aiming at. You can even add cool laser sound effects in your background imagination as you burn through and finish the job.

5). Rest and Recharge
Even Bruce Lee knew when to turn off the laser eyes and let them rest. It is important to give your laser eyes a break so you can come back to task with even greater focus and intensity.

Laser-like focus is a great analogy for bringing high intensity attention to a very narrow field of vision to burn through the task with incredible precision, speed and efficiency. Learn to control your laser eyes and watch seemingly impossible tasks melt away with astonishing speed and consistency!
