There are a lot of solopreneurs and small businesses that remain small - not because they don’t have a great product or great passion, but simply because they have not learned how to leverage the power of a team to help propel them forward.

Promote an environment where taking responsibility includes the courage to take risks and innovate within their roles, pushing the boundaries of what is traditionally expected.

Ensure feedback is given with kindness and constructive intent, helping each member grow and refine their contributions without fear of criticism. Regular, honest feedback should be balanced with recognition of individual and team progress, reinforcing positive developments and providing motivation to address areas of improvement.
